  • stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns

  • overwhelmed by anxiety or intense emotions

About Tanna Davis  MS, LPC

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the understanding that healing is rarely simple—and that no one is meant to navigate life’s struggles entirely alone. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are.

Here, therapy is about creating a judgment-free space where you can explore who you are, process what you’ve been through, reconnect with yourself, and move toward feeling more grounded and fulfilled. I strive to provide an affirming and inclusive environment for all individuals, including those within the LGBTQIA+, Polyamory/ENM, and kink communities.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arkansas and Kansas, offering both telehealth and in-person sessions in Arkansas to make therapy as accessible and comfortable as possible. Whether you are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, or life transitions, I aim to meet you where you are with compassion, honesty, and support.

My therapeutic approach draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR-informed interventions, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care. I work with individuals experiencing difficulties related to emotional regulation, interpersonal conflict, intimacy and sexual health concerns, self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

I believe healing looks different for everyone, and therapy should be collaborative, authentic, and tailored to your unique needs. I invite you to explore the rest of my site to learn more, and please feel free to reach out with any questions. I’m here when you’re ready.
